Rob Lautt — Founder & CEO
A graduate of Princeton University School of Engineering, Rob Lautt stumbled into the emerging discipline of FP&A where he applied technology to the immense financial modeling challenges. Rob has built A3 into an innovation leader, combining Excel with cloud modeling technology to invent the Excel Friendly Cloud, a game changer for self-service empowerment of financial modeling professionals. Using this platform, Rob is driving development of next-generation analytic applications that empower finance teams to greater automation of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and what-if analysis.
Stuart Ratner — COO & Co-Founder
Stuart Ratner co-founded A3 Solutions and serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. As the designated copyright agent, he oversees core operational functions—from customer implementation to platform governance and compliance. Based in San Francisco, Stuart brings extensive experience scaling SaaS operations and orchestrating trusted, enterprise-grade delivery of the A3 Excel Friendly Cloud.
